Safety technical measures for installation of water spraying and dust-proof pipeline in Beijiao main roadway I. overview according to the provisions on comprehensive dust prevention in coal mine safety regulations, in order to eliminate dust hazards, create a good working environment and implement comprehensive dust-proof measures in coal mine, the mine requires that a DN100mm dust-proof sprinkler pipeline be laid from the belt tail of Beijiao main roadway in Xialong Huayuan air shaft to the end of Beijiao main roadway. This measure is specially prepared for construction safety

II. Construction scheme and construction preparation

1. Construction scheme

the dust-proof sprinkler pipeline shall be installed from the tail of the belt conveyor to the end of Beijiao main lane, and the laying height of the pipeline shall be 2.0m from the bottom plate of Beijiao main lane. A 100mm to 50mm sprinkler tee shall be set every 50m for the sprinkler pipeline, which shall be self-made and processed; A purification spray device shall be installed every 500m for self-made processing; Set a group of valves with the same diameter every 200m; A tee with the same diameter shall be set in the rail rubber 3\; connecting lane to connect with the water supply pipeline of the North rail main lane; The hanging bracket of the sprinkler pipeline is made of 30mm round steel with a spacing of 4m (see the installation plan, section drawing and BOQ of the sprinkler pipeline in Beijiao main lane)

2. Construction preparations

there are no compressed air and water supply facilities from the tail of the belt conveyor to the end of the Beijiao lane. Before laying the pipe bracket, lay a temporary compressed air pipeline (with a diameter of 50mm) from the North Rail lane to the construction site through the 3 \rail rubber connecting Lane. The temporary water supply pipeline changes from 159mm to 50mm tee at the tail of the machine, and then lay a 50mm temporary water supply pipeline to the construction site for the bracket hole

III. construction process

(I) pipe fitting processing

1. 100mm to 50mm watering tee processing: 100mm seamless steel pipe shall be cut according to 500mm length, and branch pipes shall be cut according to 200mm length. Draw a line in the middle of the main pipe for gas cutting, hole digging and beveling. The branch pipe shall be cut according to the outer diameter radian of 100mm seamless steel pipe and welded with the main pipe for reinforcement. The main pipe and branch pipe shall be installed with a movable disc flange of the same diameter according to the flange installation and welding method

2. Bracket processing: the bracket shall be cut and welded according to the length of the processing drawing to ensure firm welding

3. Blanking plate and reducing straight through processing: blanking plate: 50mm branch tee is welded with 5mm thick steel plate, the middle of the steel plate is drilled, and then 10mm bolt is welded through; Reducer and straight through: the original dust-proof pipeline adopts DN150mm pipe steel, which is connected with DN100mm, and the reducer and straight through of DN150mm to DN100mm are processed. The straight through length is 500mm, and both ends are welded with flanges of the same diameter

4. Purification spray processing: use 6 steel pipes to simmer and bend according to the arch arc of the roadway, drill holes every 500mm and weld 6 external wire heads to connect the nozzle, and weld one end dead and the other end welded with 6 pins at both ends of the elbow

5. Pipeline anti-corrosion treatment: the pipelines are stacked in the open air for a long time and heavily rusted. The manual grinder is used to remove the rust. The steel pipe surface is bright without rust marks. The rust foam is wiped clean with cotton yarn. The bracket is derusted by the same method

6. Painting: first brush two coats of antirust paint, and then two coats of mixed paint

(II). Pipeline installation can be said to be installed

1. Flange installation: check whether the pipe notch and groove meet the requirements, and check whether the flange plane is perpendicular to the pipe wall with the flange assembly. After meeting the requirements, carry out inner and outer mouth to mouth welding

2. Bracket installation: draw a line according to the installation height of the pipeline, calibrate the eye position with red paint every 4m, drill a hole with 32mm drill and pneumatic drill to a depth of 500mm (the error is not greater than 50mm), and then install the bracket. According to the method that our experimental machine can stand the test, extend the bracket forward in turn

3. Pipeline installation: first connect with the original pipeline, manually lift the pipeline onto the bracket, align the bolt hole, install the metal pipe gasket, put on the bolts and nuts, tighten diagonally, and stress evenly. Butt the extension pipeline forward in sequence according to the above method

4. Installation of pipe fittings and valves: in the face of strong market competition, the three-way and flange valves and spherical valves shall be installed at the three-way and valve positions according to the pipeline connection method

5. Installation of purification spray: two 100mm deep holes shall be drilled at the symmetrical position of the roadway arch above the purification spray, and the embedded bolts shall be twisted and fixed with 105iron wire

(III) pipeline pressure test

1. After the pipeline is installed, open all valves, connect the compressed air pipeline and dust-proof pipeline with 19mm high-pressure rubber hose, open the compressed air valve, and use compressed air to blow away the dust and sundries in the dust-proof pipeline

2. Close all valves of the dust-proof pipeline, connect the water supply pipeline with the dust-proof pipeline with 19mm high-pressure rubber hose, open the water supply pipeline valve to inject water into the dust-proof pipeline for pressure, check whether the dust-proof pipeline is leaking, ensure the static pressure for 3 days, and deal with problems in time if any

IV. safety technical measures

(I) pipe processing:

1. Before welding, check whether the welding machine and cable insulation are in good condition, and deal with problems in time

2. Painting and welding shall not be carried out in parallel on the same site. The site shall be cleaned before welding. Inflammables and explosives are strictly prohibited

3. The welding site is equipped with fire extinguishers, sand boxes and other fire-fighting equipment

(II) pipeline handling:

1. Ground handling:

1) prepare four 10m long 6 rope sleeves, two 2m long 6 short rope sleeves, four 10m long thick palm ropes, 10 1t shackles and one 800mm long 24kg rail

2) manually transport the steel pipe (DN100mm in diameter and 6m in length) to the designated position at the upper wellhead (directly below the turning wheel of jd-25 winch)

3) check whether jd-25 winch at the upper wellhead is in good condition, operates normally, whether the braking system is flexible, and whether the steel wire rope meets the standard

4) check whether each system of the main hoist is in good condition and operates normally

5) construction can be carried out only after all preparations are completed

2. Vertical shaft lowering:

when lowering the pipeline, it shall be carried out in strict accordance with the special measures for lowering long materials in the cage of Xialong Huayuan air intake vertical shaft

3. Handling of shaft bottom yard and North rail main roadway:

1) steel pipes are lowered to the shaft bottom yard. When pulling the steel pipes, the signal workers, hook workers and main lifting drivers, and the workers at the wellhead shall fully cooperate to avoid accidents

2) after the pipeline is lowered to the well bottom yard, it is loaded into a rack car, which is bundled into a whole with two steel ropes of not less than 15.5mm, and mounted with steel bars of more than 18mm

3) when loading, the center of gravity shall be found, and it must be bound and fixed firmly according to the requirements to prevent shifting and overturning during transportation. The locomotive shall be used to pull it to the rail rubber connection lane

4) during the transportation in the main roadway, the hooker shall take off the hook in strict accordance with the regulations to ensure safety and reliability

5) during the transportation of the electric locomotive, the connection between the electric locomotive and the vehicle, and between the vehicles must be firm and reliable, and the vehicle speed must not exceed 1.5m/s to prevent the vehicle from falling off the road

6). If the binding is loose along the way, the binding must be reinforced again; During the transportation of the electric locomotive, no one is allowed to stand on the vehicle or enter the stress wave range of the steel wire rope

7) during locomotive transportation, the provisions of "ten prohibitions" and "ten necessities" and the relevant provisions of "North Rail roadway transportation operation regulations" shall be strictly implemented

4. Handling of Beijiao main lane:

1) Beijiao main lane has no transportation equipment and facilities, and it is transported to the construction site manually

2). When handling and carrying steel pipes, personnel must be familiar with the conditions of handling roads and roadways in advance

3). Pay attention when handling and carrying steel pipes. If there are people carrying steel pipes at the front and back at the same time, a distance of more than 10 meters must be maintained to prevent mutual damage caused by too small a distance

4). When handling steel pipes, the operators shall cooperate first, lift and place them together to prevent spraining hands and feet. When manually handling the steel pipe air door, a specially assigned person shall open and close the air door. It is strictly prohibited to open and handle the steel pipe at the same time

5) after all steel pipes are transported, all tools and instruments shall be sorted out and the site shall be cleaned

6) matters not covered herein shall be implemented in accordance with the coal mine safety regulations

v. others

1. The low-lying part of the roadway floor adopts a small workbench to erect the pipeline

2. When installing the pipeline, all necessary tools shall be brought according to the installation purpose of the pipeline and the conditions of the construction site

3. Before installation, the pipe quality shall be checked in detail. There shall be no blockage. The fiber-reinforced hydrogel has many potential uses. The pipe disc shall be intact

4. The pipe shall be hung straight. The joint interface of the pipe shall be tightened. The flange shall be used for connection. Gaskets must be added to ensure no air and water leakage

5. When using the flange plate to connect the pipe, it is strictly forbidden to insert the fingers into the gap between the two flange plates and the screw holes to prevent the wrong movement and squeezing

6. The bolts shall be tightened symmetrically, and the force shall be uniform without excessive force. The tools used shall be appropriate

7. After all the work is completed, the site shall be cleaned, the tools, residual materials and accessories shall be counted and properly kept
